REFUND POLICY

Bits n Soft LLC provides Yet Another Management Pack Authoring Tool licenses. This policy outlines when refunds are available.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if:

- You experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, and

- The Software has not been significantly used or activated.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

- Change of mind.

- Activated licenses.

- Discounted or promotional purchases.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your order ID, purchase date, and reason to: support@bitsnsoft.net.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
