Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider. By purchasing a license, you agree to their payment terms and our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Software and related materials are owned by Bits n Soft LLC.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bits n Soft LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Utah law.
